Read
any good books lately?

Pretties, by
Scott Westerfeld
Tally's transformation
to perfect and popular is everything she always wanted. But beneath the
fun something is wrong. Now Tally has to fight for her life because what
she knows has put her in danger with the authorities. (Second in the
trilogy after Uglies and before Specials.)

The Complete
Persepolis, By Marjane Satrapi
Like Graphic Novels?
Try Marjane Satrapis' groundbreaking graphic memoir of her unforgettable
girlhood in Tehran during the Islamic Revolution.

Eighth Grade Bites:
The Chronicles of Valdimir Tod, by Heather Brewer
Vladimir Tod has all
the problems of a regular eighth grader- he has a crush on the prettiest
girl in class but is too afraid to ask her out, he finds it hard to fit in,
and is beat up by the bullies in his class. Oh, and did we mention that
he's a vampire too?

WHAT'S
EFT?!?!
EFT
stands for emotional freedom technique. By simply tapping on the end
points of certain energy meridians we release clogged or
blocked energy that is affecting the way we see and interact with
life. The best way to understand EFT is by doing it and experiencing the
simple power yourself. It defies logic.
This
experiential evening is designed for middle and high schools students in
prep for the final hurrah of school...FINALS! We will do EFT on:
test anxiety, performance anxiety, and fear of failure. I hope
you can come to learn how to do EFT; it is a huge step into
experiencing more of your incredible genius. For additional
information please go to www.emofree.com.
